Bryte Horses are from the year 5870. Life is quite different in their age, where anti-gravity and quantum mechanics are the norm, and where human beings have morphed into indestructible “forever lives” through cyborg technology. They have designed their own mechanical bodies, taking on a horse motif to coincide with their band name, inspired by a Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds song they found on an old fucked up iPad discovered in a cave near Tibet. The iPad also contained other music they found inspiring enough to create cover versions. They have manipulated quantum frequencies and multiple universes to send their album “Oh, God!’ to us in our present time. After contacting a number of music labels to release the music, AllThisOverMusic (ATOM Recordings) was the only label willing to take the chance on such a weird and bizarre phenomenon and situation. Why release it so far in the past? Well, according to By-Tor, their time/space quantum zone rests just above ours, making it an easy target. Another reason is that their music has been banned as “too honest” and “too close to God” in the year 5870. The album concentrates on the unbearable brightness of seeing, something the duo have spent decades cultivating. Members By-Tor and T-Seb use real and unreal musical devices to create their music, with T-Seb handling a majority of vocal duties and By-Tor concentrating on their musical sound.
